We are looking for a 2 - 3 month lease for our home while we travel. Our home is fully furnished, has an attached garage you can park in (with a remote garage door opener). We will pay all utilities, including high speed internet. Solo small companion pet OK. We have a an older companion Kitty named "Squeaky" who cannot travel with us and you will be responsible for her care while you rent. She is not on any meds, so care is affection, feeding and a little litter clean-up and... she prefers to "go" outside. Otherwise, she stays in and sleeps a lot, but does enjoy being petted and played with. The 3rd bedroom is an office and exercise room: trapeze, exercise bicycle, yoga mats and blocks, dumbbells and a 3x6 desk. Master bedroom has king bed with fully adjustable bed frame, 6 drawer dresser, side tables, bedding and ensuite full bath with single shower. Bedroom 2 has a full double bed, 5' closet, bedding and easy access to house main full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The home also has central heat/air, unobstructed east skyline view, awesome SunRises and MoonRises too!
